Name Review
Boiler Room Smells exactly like you would expect a boiler room to smell like.  Hot steam on old rusted metal with a bit of oil mixed in for good measure.
Chainsaw If you've ever wondered what two-stroke engine smells like,  here you go.  This is a really well done realistic scent.  A perfect blend of the gasoline and oil smell you get from the engine, not the exhaust smell).
Charred Corpse Smells kind of like bacon.
Dirt Smells just like fresh dir
Forest Smells like a forest.   Has a pine wood smell with an undertone of dirt.
Haunted House Froggy's flagship smell. Smells like an old house with perfume.   Think old cedar wood, musk, patchouli.  Maybe like an antique store meets and import store.
Hospital Very antiseptic type smell
Mildew Smells like mildew
Slaughter House The worst !!  Smells like really pungent cheese that has gone bad. Really bad.

Cologne Spray
  1. These smell just like the fog machine scent additives, however they come in a small spray bottle and are meant to be sprayed on people or things.  Because these are colognes though, alcohol is used as a base so there will be a strong overwhelming smell of alcohol if you smell it in the bottle.  The alcohol smell fades really fast once you spray it on something and you are left with a good strong smell of the actual scent.
Small Scent Distribution Box A battery powered unit that uses a small fan to blow over an oil-based scent cup.  The fan is not too powerful, but works well indoors to push a smell out if you're within a few feet.  It will definately not fill a room up with a smell on it's own.  Outdoors is another story.   Not recommended for outdoor use.  The fan and scent cups are just not enough to get the smells out unless you are with one foot or so of the box.
